1. Booking Requirements
• All rides must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• Bookings can be made via our mobile app, website, or by calling our customer service line.
• Same-day requests may be accommodated based on availability and will incur a $10 rush fee.
2. Passenger Information
• Each booking must include:
• Child’s full name and age
• Pick-up and drop-off addresses
• Parent/guardian contact information
• Emergency contact
• Any special instructions (e.g., allergies, mobility needs)
3. Pick-Up & Drop-Off
• Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pick-up time. Drivers will wait a maximum of 5 minutes before proceeding to the next stop.
• Parents/guardians must be present at drop-off unless written permission is provided for alternate arrangements.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled ride for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the ride fee.
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 1 hour before pick-up will be non-refundable.
5. Recurring Bookings
• Weekly recurring bookings (e.g., school pickup every day at 3:00 PM) are encouraged and must be submitted by Sunday evening for the following week.
• Recurring rides are billed in advance and follow the same cancellation policy as above.
6. Behavior & Safety
• All riders are expected to follow safety rules, wear seat belts, and treat drivers and vehicles with respect.
• Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in suspension of service.
7. Late Fees & Delays
• If a child is not ready within the 5-minute grace period, a $1 per minute wait fee may be applied.
• In the case of unexpected delays (e.g., traffic, weather), parents will be notified immediately.
8. Payment Terms
• Payment is required at the time of booking via credit/debit card or authorized payment method.
• Late payments or declined transactions may result in booking suspension until resolved.
